Ricky & His Wife 2 Days Fishing Boon Ma Trips

Hey John,

I must really for making the fishing trip one of the most enjoyable ones.
Although you are not able to make it for the first day of the fishing trip, you have most thoughtfully organized it and making sure that all the finer details are well taken care of to make my first day of fishing to be enjoyable. Me and my wife have truly enjoyed the company of your wife during the first day. I must say she did a very good job.

Needless to say, you also have nail it for our second day. Relentlessly making sure that I will have a constant catch. Hats off to you!

And last but not least, so much for preparing the big barra pond for me. This is truly enjoyable.

David & John 2 day fishing trips.

Both of us had to really say a BIG for tip top arrangement for the past 2 days. Really is 好到没话讲...
Will always remember what you say at IT monster lake:" Any minute anything can come up...." And it really came true!
We shall meet again once our 'VISA' is approved again......

Hi John,

Finally you've fulfilled by long waited wish, "Redtail Cat"! Best of all, i just hope to land 1-2 pcs of this powerful fish, yet you've delivered much more than my expectation!

Although we didnt managed to get big arapaimas but these redtails are really good fighter! Best of all, we ended with the rare "redtail tiger", that's the best fighter among those redtail cats i fought earlier, no mercy, line just keep on going & going!

Most of all, really appreciate ur effort for guiding us thru and finding spots around the whole pond due to the slow bite rates in the earlier part of the day. Beside this, the whole trip was well taken care of.

What can i say, we've simply engaged the best fishing guide in town!

Fantastic trip John:P ! The Boon Ma ponds are a unique place to catch big barra on fly, lure and poppers:P. For those of you out there who are dropping by BKK for the usual shopping trip, you can't do better than take a day out fishing with John. All the usual complaints of Singaporeans, he will already have taken care of it:D.

Next trip, I am coming back with more fly poppers!

Bill & Father Fishing With Me Boon Ma (Thailand)

Hey John.
On behalf of my father and I, we would like to for the service you've provided. On a scale to 1 to 5, you scored 5.5. Thanks to you, we had fun there. First time travelling overseas for fishing, and it's already a great experience. That being said, I'm already starting to plan for our next Boon Ma trip, to avenge my 6 MIA lures, and possibly even IT monster lake. To those, who have not been poisoned by luring, or haven't had the chance to fish at Boon Ma, please do make a trip over, it really is something special. Great job for the service John. 4 Fishing Buddies 4 Days Fishing Trip (Thailand)

As experienced, this trip was very fulfilling and John held his end of the deal with numerous fishes being landed. With us first timers to bangkok, we got a full day of fighting mekong catfish, tiring and exhausting yet satisfying.
Boon Ma was also very productive. the kims destroyed many of our lures and boy did they fight hard. The bite rate was incredible too. They also took fly, good fun for a fly rod.

Our third day was spent at IT monster lake and a large variety of fish were caught. From alligator gar to silver arowana and their famed Red tailed catfish which fought pretty well.

Our last day, was back at BSR for more mekong fun. To our suprise, we managed to land a big one, estimated at 80 kg according to the staff there at 80 kg. and another big one ran into the stakes and got away.
All in all it was a fruitful trip for all of us. Thanks to John and the pond operators for arranging and ensuring we had our hands busy fighting fish and happy. Muscles all aching now!
